(Book #6 of The Iron Druid Chronicles series)
Rating: 🍁🍁🍁🍁
My favourite thing about this installment of Kevin Hearne's Iron Druid Chronicles? The chance to spend some time in Granuaile's head. Hearne does an excellent job of creating a separate, distinct and believable voice for the world's newest druid. I like that she differs from Atticus in her opinions - she's very much her own person, rather than an extension of Atticus.
Also, Oberon. I love that dog.
It feels like things are coming to a head, with forces aligning to deal with the threat of Loki and Ragnarok. There's some great character development as well, all across the board, and we meet some more of the world's mythologies.
Now if only someone could stick me in a time bubble until the next installment comes out...
