(Book #2 of the Howl's Moving Castle series)
Rating: 🍁🍁🍁
This was fun. Not nearly as enjoyable as the first book in the series, Howl's Moving Castle, but still enjoyable. It was well written, full of wit, and a great story. I just didn't like the main characters very much. Abdullah came across as a bit whiny and rather self-centred for much of the story. I'm also not a big fan of the "we've just met, but we're fated to fall in love ergo we will" trope. However, I did enjoy the fact that the princesses engineered their own rescue (not a huge spoiler, fyi), and the good genie who was enjoying being forced to be bad for a while.
